Lumpkin County GOP Precinct and County Convention

Fellow Repulblicans:

On Saturday, March 14 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lumpkin County Park and Rec, the Lumpkin County GOP will be holding its annual precinct convention.  At 10:00 a.m., the party will then hold its county convention.  It's important that you attend this once a year meeting so that you can elect new party officers for the 2009-2010 year.  I will not be seaking re-election for party chair.

I look forward to seeing all of you on March 14!

Alfred Chang
Lumpkin County Republican Party Chair

April 19, 2010 Meeting

State Representative Melvin Everson will be the guest speaker at the April 19th meeting of the Murray County Republican Party. We wish to extend an invitation to everyone to join us at the Murray County Senior Center at 7pm to welcome our candidate for State Labor Commissioner.

More than any other government-related agency, the Georgia Department of Labor is the frontline focus to assist  hard-working families in times of economic uncertainty, assisting job seekers, providing job training, administering unemployment benefits and overseeing laws governing employers.

A husband, father, legislator, 23 year veteran of our armed service, and a proven leader, Melvin Everson's strong character of conservative leadership and building consensus make him the best choice for Georgia’s Labor Commissioner.

I hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to meet and speak with this outstanding candidate.
