SEPTEMBER DAWSON COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY MEETING
The next meeting of the Dawson County Republican Party will be held on Thursday, September 24 at 7:00 pm At the Bowen Center for the Arts in Dawsonville (334 Highway 9 North).
The speaker will be State Representative Tom Graves, a candidate for the Ninth Congressional District Seat.
In July, Tom Graves was awarded the prestigious Legislator of the Year Award by the American Legislative Exchange Council. Recently, Graves returned from Washington, D.C., where he was a featured speaker at the National Taxpayers Tea Party. Come hear Representative Graves’ conservative platform for north Georgia. NEXT MEETING OF THE DAWSON COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
The next meeting of the Dawson County Republican Party will be on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bowen Center for the Arts (334 Highway 9 North) in Dawsonville. The featured speaker will be former State Senator Bill Stephens, a candidate for the Ninth Congressional District seat. The district includes Dawson County and fourteen other counties in north Georgia.
Come and hear Bill Stephens’ conservative platform as well as his reaction to Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and the rest of the liberals in Congress.

The next meeting of the Dawson County Republican Party will be on Tuesday, October 21st at 7:00 p.m. at the Bowen Center for the Arts (334 Hwy 9 North, Dawsonville).
Our speaker will be Colonel Lee Ellis, USAF (Ret.). Colonel Ellis will share his personal story of military service and why Senator John McCain is the right choice for President of the United States. Lee Ellis is a former Air Force fighter pilot, instructor pilot, and a Vietnam veteran of 53 combat missions. In 1967, Ellis was shot down and held as a prisoner of war with John McCain for more than five years.
Free and open to the public. Please invite your friends and co-workers.
Plus: An explanation of the three constitutional amendments that Georgians will consider on election day, November 4th.

Our speaker will be Josh Turner, Chairman of the White County Republican Party. The 22 year old Josh Turner represented the Ninth Congressional District as a delegate at the recent Republican National Convention in Minnesota. Come hear Josh’s personal insight on the convention and the John McCain/Sarah Palin ticket.
